How do I use the Customer Portal in four easy steps?
- You'll need your most recent water bill.
- Watch the short introduction video to learn how to locate and use your full account number and the specific sign up PIN on your water bill. The PIN is case sensitive and only a capital LZ will work.
- Did you watch the video in step 2? If you didn't go back and watch it.
- To access the portal, click on the Customer Portal Image to the right.
Update - August 2020
If you are setting up a new account, please do not use Safari (Apple products). The portal can't send you the invite. We are working on a fix for this.
