Moving to Lake Zurich

Just moved to Lake Zurich? As a new resident we understand you would like to set up your water service right away. Follow these steps to begin your service.

  • Fill out the Utility Billing Application. Make sure you have provided an ID Authentication and sign the application.
  • *ID Authentication: Due to Federal law, water and sewer accounts must provide the last 4 digits of a government issued ID. This is to help ensure the privacy of our customers.

Moving Out of Lake Zurich

We regret to see you go, but understand you want to finalize your water account.

Please call our office directly at (847) 438-5141 to set up an appointment to schedule a final read. Allow a 3 day window prior to moving out. Be advised your final bill will be mailed to the new address provided. Your final payment will need to be paid directly to the Village of Lake Zurich even if you were previously an ACH customer.
