  • 11/5/17 – Miracle on Main Street vendor selection & notification
  • 11/18/17 - Certificate of Insurance & Lake County Health Permit submitted
  • 12/2/17 - 12:30 PM Move In for Miracle on Main Street 2017

Food vendors are required to complete the Lake County Health Department's Temporary Food Service Event Application. You may download the application here.
